We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in providing exceptional service to our customers. This role involves supporting the catering team in delivering high-quality food and beverage services

Duties

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items in accordance with food safety standards. ensuring all equipment is clean and organised. Serve food and beverages to customers with professionalism and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth operation. Support with inventory management, including tracking supplies and reporting shortages.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or catering is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in food preparation . Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. particularly in fast-paced settings. A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role. Be able to offer cover for staff holidays, Sickness, include 6:30am starts and Saturdays Mon 7am - 2pm Wed 12-2 term time only Thur 12-2 term time only From January more days and hours will become available Fri 8am - 2pm Saturday 7:30am - 1:30pm
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 11 per week
