Fork and Field Catering is situated in the heart of Knutsford, Cheshire. Servicing over 250 weddings and events per year across Cheshire and the Greater Manchester area. We are always pushing to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve the highest standards of food and drink. We are now looking to expand our team, with the addition of Catering and Event Managers.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of guest services during assigned events.

- Manage every stage of assigned events, and ensure smooth running of all services provided.

- Implementing systems and processes to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests.

- Manage the Bar, Front of house, and Kitchen teams to ensure they are delivering on our core values.

- Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by completing all necessary H+S, EHO and Fire regulations.

- Completing all necessary orders to fulfill our host's requirements.

Experience Required:

- Previous experience in a hospitality management role is required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of Catering operations is preferred.

As the Catering and Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services during our events. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest services, ensuring that every client has a positive and memorable experience. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead a team will contribute to the success of this.
