We are looking for a driven individual to take up the role of Catering Manager based in our Hub on Manchester Road. This role will lead the team based in the hub, which is part of our Retail Store on Manchester Road. Key to this role is to lead the charge on catering sales across all channels; Pasty Vans, daytime and evening catering and supplying catering events.

Working Hours:
This role is based on a 37.5-hour working week. The exact days and times of work will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. You are expected to work flexibly to meet the operational requirements of the role.

Reporting to the Retail Store Manager at Manchester Road, the Hub Catering Manager is responsible for overseeing all catering operations carried out through the hub, ensuring that all activities are carried out smoothly and to the highest standards. This role involves managing catering staff and ensuring that all foods are prepared and served according to Carrs Pasties high standards.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in a catering management role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Driving licence to support the pasty van rounds.
