We are a successful family business, running catering stalls located in Ipswich and Colchester town centres with 35 years trading experience. We also cater at events, parties and weddings. We are passionate about our product, our standards and customer service.

The role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a catering supervisor. This is a key role organising, preparing, cooking and serving quality food to our customers whilst upholding the highest standards in regards of hygiene regulations and customer service.

The role will also include setting up and packing down of the unit, which will involve some heavy lifting and moving of counters and unit.

We are a looking for a hard working and courteous individual who is happy to work on their own as well as being a part of a small team.

Main responsibilities include:

Arrival at our business storage unit to prepare the cart ready for the days trade. To drive the cart to the site and set up. To cook, prepare and serve our products interacting with the customers, taking their orders and handling cash. Performing all relevant hygiene and cleaning procedures throughout the day. Cleaning and packing up cart and returning back to the storage unit. We also cater at events and weddings at weekends and will need to work some evenings (usually 8-10 a year) this is reimbursed on an overtime basis or days of in lieu

The Supervisor will have:

Good customer service skills

Prepared to work outside Previous catering experience not necessary

Full, clean driving licence
