Catering Manager - RAF Marham

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Catering Manager

to lead catering operations with a strong emphasis on

compliance, stock control

, and

audit readiness

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage catering stock orders, stock takes, and accurate month-end account closures Ensure full compliance with

Compass policies

,

HACCP

, and

Health & Safety regulations

Conduct and action

internal audits

(Origami) Monitor and control

cost of goods (COGs)

and ensure use of approved suppliers Work closely with the General Manager and Military teams to ensure smooth operations Drive adherence to all

Profit Protection

processes

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven management experience in catering or food service Strong understanding of

compliance, audit processes

, and stock management Excellent communication and team leadership skills Comfortable using internal systems (e.g. SAP, WAMS - training provided) Experience in cost control and delivering operational improvements
