We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations at events arpund the uk. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food production. This role requires a blend of , team management, and a commitment to food safety standards.

Duties



Lead and supervise the catering team to ensure smooth operations during events. Erect a pop up gazebo and bbq Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in food production areas. Oversee the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages at events. Manage inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Provide training and support to staff in culinary techniques, and customer service excellence. Strong outgoing candidate, with love of bbqs and the outdoors Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during events promptly and professionally.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a catering management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Culinary background preferred, with experience in food production techniques. Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in menu planning and event execution. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and team members. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service to ensure memorable experiences for guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 100.00-300.00 per day
