The role is to plan catering services and manage the catering staff. Make decisions on the range and the quality of the meals and beverages to be provided. Discuss customer requirements for special occasions. Purchase or direct the purchase of supplies. Verify the quality of the food, beverages and waiting services that are required, ensure the kitchen and seating area are kept clean and the appropriate hygiene standards are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements. Plan and arrange food preparation in collaboration with other staff and organise the provision of waiting or counter staff Checks to ensure that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within the required budget. Determine staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements. 37.5 Hours Per Week. Annual salary 38,700.00
