We are recruiting a Catering Manager to join the Wyvern Rail Team at Wirksworth Station in the Derbyshire Dales. The working hours are varied but do include Wednesday to Sunday as standard. This is a rural town, please check you can travel to work out of peak times before applying.
We are looking for a catering manager who is passionate about great tasting food and exceptional customer service, who will contribute energy and enthusiasm within the small railway team.
You will be a natural people lead, you will be good at organising and have the skills to turn your hand to food preparation, cooking, making sandwiches, serving on the counter, catering a classic Sunday dining service or a traditional cream tea on the train. This is a unique working environment. You must be happy to work on a moving train as well as in the cafe and kitchen.
