We are seeking a dedicated and experienced cat lover to run operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for animal care, ensuring that both staff and animals receive the highest level of support and attention. This role requires a blend of customer service expertise and the ability to manage daily operations effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure all animals are treated with compassion and respect.
Manage customer service interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Coordinate schedules for staff and resources, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
Implement health and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of animal care, and operational procedures.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in animal care and customer service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within an animal care or veterinary setting.
Hold a level 2 in feline Care and behaviour qualification or higher.
Strong understanding of animal behaviour and care requirements.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
A commitment to maintaining a safe and organised environment for both staff and animals.
We would increase wages if you hold more qualifications, ideally any veterinary experience
