Accredited CBT Therapist (BABCP)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive Therapy Services team at Priory Ticehurst. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving service, working across both private acute inpatient care and structured outpatient day care programmes within a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality CBT interventions to individuals with a range of complex mental health presentations. Facilitate evidence-based CBT groups as part of our outpatient and inpatient therapy programme. Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and review processes. Demonstrate flexibility and clinical skill in supporting clients across different age groups and diagnostic presentations.

Essential Criteria:

BABCP accreditation as a CBT Therapist (accreditation must be active). Minimum of one year's post-qualification experience delivering CBT to clients with diverse mental health needs. Proven experience in both 1:1 CBT therapy and group facilitation. Experience or training in DBT is desirable. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure clinical environments. Commitment to professional development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based interventions.
