Enigma Group is a growing company which specialises in delivering a highly personalised and focused range of security services. Our extensive client portfolio includes many premium-brand organisations. We are in need of an Temporary CCTV Control Operator in Bournemouth.

CCTV Public Space Surveillance Licence Required.

Dealing with the demands and expectations of the police at short notice and balancing the work. Ensuring all cameras are operational, serviced, and able to undertake all functions e.g., pan, tilt, zoom etc. Evidence and database management The gathering, recording, and securing of digital evidence to a standard that is acceptable to ensure acceptance in any criminal or civil court proceedings. To liaise with the Police and other authorised agencies for the viewing of digital media. This includes carrying out full administrative functions for viewing, exporting, storage, logging and reporting of all digital media in accordance with the CCTV Code of Practice, Operational procedures, and internal instructions. Competent in the use of 2-way radios, understands radio terminology. Engage with users and partners.

Skills

A nationally recognised CCTV Operator qualification Good Interpersonal Skills Written and oral communication skills. Basic I.T Leadership Planning and prioritising Time management Ability to make decisions, prioritise tasks and work on own initiative to ensure high standards and service delivery Ability to remain calm, patient, sympathetic, tactful, and effective whilst undertaking a varied workload, within a demanding environment. Knowledge and understanding of effective customer care Carries out any other duties that may reasonably fall within the general nature and responsibility of the post as required by the client and CCTV Director.
