Job Title: CCTV Engineer

Location: Ilkeston based with UK travel required

Salary: 35,000 - 38,000

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced CCTV Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing CCTV and security systems for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and security systems, including IP and analogue systems. Conduct fault-finding, testing, and commissioning of CCTV equipment. Complete accurate documentation and reports of installations and maintenance visits. Provide technical support and training to clients where necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Work closely with the project and service teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

Proven experience in CCTV installation and maintenance (IP & analogue)

Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. BS EN 62676, NSI or SSAIB standards)

Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics

Full UK driving licence (essential)

CSCS/ECS or equivalent certification (desirable)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Flexible approach to work, including willingness to travel and work overtime when required
