Control Room Assistant Operations

ESSENTIAL:

Previous Operations room experience, preferably military or emergency services level but training will be provided.

Clearview Security Ltd are recruiting 2 experienced CCTV Supervisors to work from their Headquarters in Telford, Shropshire.

Answering to the Assistant Operations Manager. Your prime role would be managing the Operations room, monitoring client properties and businesses, controlling and briefing Mobile Drivers, Static Security Officers, and report writing.

The 50-screen purpose-built environment sits within the company's new headquarters building, with access to a fully fitted kitchen, rest area and amenities.

The ideal candidates will have had multiple experiences in the security industry, specifically in a CCTV environment and or as a supervisor or manager and want to build on their knowledge base and qualifications. You will have a good working knowledge of writing Handover and Incident Reports, updating operational procedures and briefing clients on site visits and or when visiting the control room.

Requirements:

- Possession of a CCTV SIA License

- Hold a full UK driving license

- Experience as a CCTV Control Room Operator

- Confident supervisor / manager
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively monitor multiple screens

- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with mobile officers and static security personnel

- Ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with security systems and protocols

The position will be on a rotation on nights, days and off.
