Job Description
Located opposite Victoria Park, Cardiff, Hiraeth is a small restaurant with big ambitions! We are a 20 cover restaurant offering a monthly changing, season driven taster menu in a relaxed & laid back style.
Our chefs have to be confident in serving guests and talking at tables as our service style is chef driven and our guests love having the chefs heavily involved in the service.
We are open Wednesday-Saturday. Experience in a CDP role in a fresh food restaurant environment is essential. 4 day week.
