Requirements

Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Supervising experience with the ability to manage a team effectively. Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary innovation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure. Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving procedures is desirable.
