Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Cell Co-Ordinator to join the Order Fulfilment Department, based at our Andover site.


This job will involve taking responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of a fulfilment cell, ensuring health & safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets are met. The successful candidate will also support the Shift Leader and manage departmental activities in their absence.


As the Cell Co-Ordinator, you will work Monday to Thursday 11:15 to 19:30, and Friday08:30 to 15:00. This is a permanent position.

To be successful as the Cell Co-Ordinator, it is essential that you have previous experience in coordinating a team within a fast-paced environment.

Cell Coordinator Key Responsibilities:



Lead and support the daily operations to Warehouse and Pick and Pack functions, ensuring output meets targets Coordinate staffing, holiday approvals, and shift coverage in support of the Shift Leader Promote and maintain high standards in health & safety, quality, and housekeeping Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives and support process development Ensure accurate data management and effective communication with supporting departments

Cell Coordinator Key Requirements:



Aisle Master and Counterbalance Forklift license's (preferred) Experience leading or coordinating a team in a manufacturing or logistics environment Strong awareness of health & safety and continuous improvement practices Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
