Production Cell Leader

Duties

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with relevant experience to make a positive impact. Assist the Production Manager in collating and recording KPI data. Operate and maintain machinery to deliver top-quality products, on time, every time. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operatives to achieve production targets. Collaborate with engineers and management to enhance processes and resolve issues. Maintain high health & safety standards, ensuring a safe and tidy workspace.

Requirements

At least 3 years' experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment. A strong safety-first mindset and a commitment to meeting production goals. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.

Shift:

Monday to Friday 5:30am-14:00pm

13.73p/h plus 20 per week attendance bonus = 29,589 p/a plus Overtime paid at time and an half
