We're looking for a
Cellar & Beverage Manager
to oversee stock, maintain top-quality draught products, and keep our cellar in top condition and ensure Wrexham AFC fans and visitors have a great experience at the Stok Cae Ras.What You'll Do:
Manage stock levels, deliveries & rotation
Maintain and clean beer lines & draught systems
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Train bar staff on proper handling & pouring
Support menu planning & promotions
What You Need:
Experience in cellar management & stock control
Strong organisational & time management skills
Team player with great communication
Positive, hands-on attitude & attention to detail
Physically fit (lifting required)
