What will I do?

This is a pivotal role as you'll be the first impression a customer will have! No cold calling! You'll focus on maximising MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and Group opportunities through new and existing enquiries whilst meeting client expectations.

Previous experience within a sales role would be preferred

Hospitality experience or knowledge would be ideal

Strong customer service skills
