CENTRAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

Prime Accountants Group is looking for a well-organised and proactive Central Services Administrator to join our team. Based primarily in our Coventry office, this role will also involve regular travel to our Solihull and Birmingham offices to support teams and ensure consistent administrative support across the business.

This is a varied, people-facing role suited to someone who enjoys keeping offices running smoothly, supporting colleagues, and managing a wide range of administrative tasks, including HR administration.

The role

Office & Central Services Support



Acting as a key point of contact for administration and supporting other offices as required Welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls and enquiries Providing general administrative and secretarial support including diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking and correspondence Preparing, formatting and managing documents, emails and reports Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems Ordering and managing office supplies and supporting facilities coordination Supporting internal meetings and company events Visiting Solihull and Birmingham offices regularly to support teams and maintain administration standards

People & Team Administration



Providing day-to-day HR administrative support to Directors and the wider business Supporting recruitment administration including job postings, CV logging and interview coordination Coordinating onboarding, inductions and probation administration Supporting leaver processes and maintaining accurate employee records Updating HR systems, personnel files and trackers Assisting with absence tracking, holiday records and general HR documentation Supporting people-related queries from staff and escalating where appropriate Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
What we're looking for

Previous experience in an office administration, HR Administration or central services role Confident user of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload Professional, approachable and comfortable working with people at all levels Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team Willing and able to travel regularly between Coventry, Solihull and Birmingham

Benefits package:

30 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Flexi-time available. Auto enrolment pension scheme. Death in Service scheme (subject to entry criteria). 33 days annual leave including statutory days per holiday year - based on FTE. The option to 'purchase/sell' a further 5 days' annual leave - based on FTE & Level.

Pay: 24,500.00-30,000.00 per year
