Role Description



The role is an administrator to support the AXIOM Central Team in providing a full range of services for the AXIOM JV at a Portfolio level. This role would suit an experienced administrator.





Administration of the JV time booking system (Replicon) including: Adding and removing starters and leavers, rate changes, adjustments to timesheets, setting up new tasks, Running adhoc and weekly reports (missing timesheets, approvers report, weekly hours report etc) Setting up new tasks, running adhoc and weekly reports (missing timesheets, approvers report, weekly hours report etc ,Setting up responsibilities, managing open/closed accounts and licenses. Responsible for issuing weekly time booking reports. Arranging and coordinating meetings, acting as a main point of contact for logistics, agendas , Minute taking and monitoring action close-out at meetings. ? Responsible for collating monthly HSE hours and VC Responsiveness. Also responsible for collating Socio-Economic data. Inbox management Issuing recognition award letters and vouchers as well as managing and responding or escalating Project Controls queries. Support Business Operations Manager in event and conference organisation Working with the Business Support Management team on improvements and efficiencies across the Business Support Functions Assist/cover for Project Controls Administrator for JGAR (full training provided) Day to day administration requests


Qualifications



Microsoft office suite of programmes, specifically an experienced user of Word, Powerpoint and Teams Data entry, production of data
