About the Role
You will deliver a warm first impression for visitors and stakeholders while ensuring the smooth running of key administrative processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Front-of-house reception and communication with visitors.
Support with the management of student admissions, attendance, and consultations.
Coordination of EHCP annual reviews and supporting administration.
Updating Management Information Systems (MIS) (e.g. Arbor) and producing reports.
Managing staff logins, online systems, and basic IT coordination.
Support with recruitment, inductions, and staff CPD.
Maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR).
Updating finance applications.
Assisting with newsletters, promotional material, and centre communications.
Overseeing supplies, events, health & safety checks, and general office administration.
About You
You must be an
experienced administrator
,
proficient in Microsoft 365
(Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and comfortable using
promotional design packages
(e.g. Canva, Publisher or similar). You will be a strong communicator (both verbally and written) have excellent organisation skills and an ability to prioritise your own workload effectively. Confidentiality and a professional manner are essential, along with empathy for young people with varied needs. Experience in an education setting or with young people with SEND is desirable but not essential.
