We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our centre. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyse operational data, supervise staff, and ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the centre team, ensuring all staff are motivated, trained, and performing to the highest standards
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise centre performance
Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Oversee daily centre activities, including client interactions, staff scheduling, and resource management
Maintain excellent communication with clients, staff, and external partners in both English and Spanish
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies
Organise training programmes for staff development and continuous improvement
Handle escalated client issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare reports on centre performance for senior management
Experience
Proven management or supervisory experience within a similar environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative atmosphere
Multilingual proficiency is highly advantageous for engaging with diverse communities
Prior experience in a centre or organisational management role is desirable but not essential; relevant management training will be provided

Pay: From 14,361.60 per year
