CIO are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamicCentre Manager or managers
to lead, develop, and grow this much loved and unique visitor attraction in the heart of Maldon.We're looking for someone with the
energy, creativity, and commitment
to work alongside out Trustees and dedicated volunteers to continueto raise the profile of the Maeldune Heritage Centre -
cementing it as the hub ofMaldon's heritage, culture and arts.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Proven
leadership and managemen
t skills The ability to work confidently at bothstrategic and operational
level. Financial awareness and attention to detail A genuineenthusiasm for community engagement and cultural promotion
. An ability to run anElectronic Point of Sale,
including barcoding and stock entry.Closing date - 31st December 2025
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.50 per hour
