About the Role
We're hiring a dynamic
Centre Manager
to lead day-to-day operations and be the primary relationship owner for parents. The role is split roughly 50% operations/administration (including finance admin) and 50% parent engagement, sales, and service. You'll be the hub that keeps the centre running smoothly--coordinating staff, schedules, and processes--while building trust with families and communicating student progress clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Parent Relationships & Sales (?50%)
Be the main point of contact for parents: onboard new families, handle queries, resolve concerns, and provide proactive updates.
Conduct consultations and centre tours; convert enquiries to enrolments and manage re-enrolments/upsells.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM; track satisfaction and retention metrics.
Coordinate review/feedback cycles and implement service improvements.
Operations & Administration (?50%)
Oversee day-to-day centre operations (timetables, rooming, resources, stock).
Support basic finance admin: invoices, payment follow-up, petty cash, reconciliations, and weekly reporting.
Staff coordination: rota planning, onboarding checklists, communication, and cover arrangements.
Ensure policies and safeguarding procedures are followed; keep compliance logs and registers up to date.
Produce concise weekly operations and KPI summaries (enquiries, conversions, attendance, revenue).
Manage projects (e.g., seasonal campaigns, mock exams, parent events) end-to-end to deadlines.
About You
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
Experience:
Proven success in roles involving parents/customers, operations/project management, and sales or enrolments. Education sector experience is a plus but not essential.
People Skills:
Warm, professional communicator who builds trust quickly and handles sensitive conversations with care.
Organization:
Strong planner who thrives in a fast-moving environment; excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
Tech & Tools:
Comfortable with Google/Microsoft suites, CRM usage, spreadsheets, and basic finance admin.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to 15,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
