We are looking for a passionate and

driven Centre Manager

to lead the day to day running and long term vision of the Innovation Centre.

Working closely with our Learning and Development team and key partners

, you will ensure the

centre runs smoothly, sustainably and inclusively

. From supporting internal growth to welcoming the wider community,

your leadership will help turn big ideas into real impact

. You will also play a key role in driving our social enterprise ambitions, creating opportunities that benefit the people we support across Keys Group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day to day operations of the Innovation Centre, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently Oversee the planning and delivery of training, education and events Manage building upkeep and upgrades and Maintain high presentation standards across all spaces, ensuring rooms are clean Ensure all safety, safeguarding and compliance standards are consistently met Champion inclusion, equality and dignity in every aspect of the Centre's culture Act as the face of the Centre, supporting visitors and service users. Attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and supervision to further personal and service development. Monitor and support data compliance across the organisation Generate data reports for the Group Leadership Team (GLT) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Collaborate with the Learning & Development administration team on projects and daily tasks.

About you



Full UK driving license - Essential Strong time management skills - Essential Previous experience in an administrative or centre management role - Desirable Experience working in childcare or social care settings - Desirable Ability to manage own diary and workload Able to work independently and take initiative

Due to the nature of the role, it is necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken (DBS).
