Location: IKM Testing UK (Aberdeen)
We're looking for a

Certification Assistant

to our Certification Team on a temporary basis (approx. duration 3 months). You'll handle administrative tasks, perform quality checks on technical documents, maintain certification records in our AX system, and assist in preparing documentation for equipment mobilisations.

Key Responsibilities:




Maintain and update certification databases Support document preparation for mobilisations Liaise with internal teams on certification matters Attend team meetings and provide admin support

Requirements:




Strong Microsoft Office skills High attention to detail and organisation Experience in admin or certification roles preferred * Familiarity with AX/SAP systems would be an advantage
