The role





As a Change and Adoption Assistant, you'll play a key role in our Projects and Change team, helping to deliver the firm's purpose and vision through effectiveproject and change management. You'll work closely with the Senior Change and Adoption Manager and project teams to support the coordination and implementation of change management strategies across the firm.

The activities




Support documentation

: Assist in creating and managing project change documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.

Communication planning

: Collaborate with the Senior Change and Adoption Manager to develop and deliver communication plans that explain the purpose, benefits, and impact of change initiatives.

Event coordination

: Schedule and coordinate consultation meetings, drop-in sessions, and workshops to engage stakeholders.

Relationship building

: Build strong working relationships across the firm to encourage the successful adoption of change.

Feedback management

: Collect, request, and report on feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Agenda coordination

: Organise and manage agendas to ensure productive discussions.
