Are you ready to lead transformative change in a dynamic legal environment? Our Business Transformation department are seeking a Change & Adoption Lead to join the team in either the Birmingham or Manchester office. The Role




The Change & Adoption Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the firm's approach to change.


Develop and implement a comprehensive business change framework for both strategic and departmental initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered in line with the agreed framework through the Business Transformation Team. Create benefits analysis to aid in decision-making and prioritisation. Lead the development of a change-ready culture by managing a Change Champion Network. Design and deliver training and engagement strategies to build change capability. Plan and deliver change workstreams using structured methodologies. Translate technical requirements into accessible language for better engagement. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual.

The Candidate




The ideal Change & Adoption Lead will possess the following qualifications and skills.


Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within the legal or professional services sector. Proven experience in designing and implementing change frameworks. Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery experience. Proficiency in Microsoft software packages such as O365. Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and solutions. Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines. Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a strong problem-solving ability.
