Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
Portfolio Coordination & Oversight:
Maintain comprehensive view of all OD&E initiatives across divisions
Identify dependencies, conflicts, and synergies between divisional programmes
Provide portfolio-level reporting and dashboard management for senior leadership
Facilitate cross-divisional coordination meetings and decision-making forums
Methodology & Quality Assurance:
Develop and maintain standardised change management frameworks and toolkits
Ensure consistency of approach while allowing divisional customisation
Establish quality gates and review processes for major change initiatives
Support the team and key stakeholders with structured development materials and guidance
Resource & Capacity Management:
Monitor resource allocation and capacity across the team
Identify potential resource conflicts and propose solutions
Support business case development and benefits tracking across initiatives
Manage external supplier relationships and procurement where relevant
Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement:
Capture and disseminate lessons learned across divisional teams
Maintain repository of change management assets, templates, and case studies
Facilitate communities of practice and knowledge sharing sessions
Drive continuous improvement of team processes and capabilities
Project Delivery:
Working closely with the Senior People Change Managers to support the delivery of the wider People Plan and business transformation projects as required.
Where appropriate to take a lead role in the support less complex people change and business initiative projects.
Supporting all aspects of the project from concept and design to delivery.
Helping to manage risks and overcome issues that prevent the project/s from being successful
Support the Senior People Change Manager with the delivery of functional level org design
Change Management and Continuous Improvement:
Working with the Senior People Change Managers and wider People Team (as appropriate), to support the development of the change management approach to launch and embed people initiatives
Drive innovative change through gaining and providing feedback & data insights to improve future people initiatives.
Ensure that the processes are delivered as joined up colleague experiences rather than linear programmes of intervention under our key People strategic initiatives
Organisational Design & Effectiveness:
Support the Senior People Change Managers & HR Business Partners on Organisational Design & structures, aligned to job families, job design, evaluation and benchmarking, and integration into HR systems, ensuring OD principles are adhered to and organisational architecture is maintained.
You will need:
PMO, Project and Change Management skills
Experience of implementing people initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to consult, influence, and partner business leaders and C of E's to execute people strategies
Great written and verbal communicator
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Agility to adapt to a changing transformation agenda
Organsiational design
