Change of Tenancy Advisor

and become the friendly voice our customers rely on during some of life's biggest moments--like moving premises.


In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for customers who are moving in or out of a property. You'll make sure their transition is smooth, their questions are answered, and their experience with us is nothing short of excellent. You'll also handle more sensitive conversations, such as bereavements, with empathy and care.

What you'll be doing



Support customers through the process of moving in or out of properties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience Respond to customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively Deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services Onboard new customers and upselling where appropriate, aligning with their requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems Make informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives Verify tenancy changes and prevent fraudulent activity through careful attention to detail Develop in-depth knowledge of our water services to provide expert support Aim for first-contact resolution, escalating complex issues when necessary Promote the use of self-service tools and encourage exploration of other available services Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across departments Manage both proactive and reactive customer requests with professionalism Investigate non-payment issues related to Change of Tenancy scenarios Ensure all activities comply with GDPR, regulatory standards, and internal quality policies.

Your experience



A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced telesales or customer service environment Strong understanding of B2B customer care and sales processes Proven ability to negotiate across a range of products, pricing structures, and contract terms Confident user of CRM systems and other customer management tools Previous experience in the utilities sector is highly desirable Solid knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic setting
