We're looking for a

Tenancy Advisor

to work as part of the Customer Resolutions Team to provide exceptional customer service and experience to our customers.

x

This is an opportunity to shape how we work, ensuring that we're committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all of our customers.

We have two positions available:

One 23 hours per week - Temporary Vacancy (12 months)

One 25 hours per week - Permanent Vancy

The Role





x

As

Tenancy Advisor

, you'll:

x

Work as part of the Customer Resolutions Team to provide exceptional customer service and experience. Respond to customer queries efficiently and effectively through a variety of communication channels. Take responsibility for the full housing applications process for the Kingdom Group. Participate in void meetings to support the efficient and effective turnaround of properties, ensuring appropriate standards are met.

You will signpost tenants to relevant support, assist with the development of departmental processes and procedures, and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery.

About You





x

We're looking for someone who:
HNC level qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent Housing, Qualification, or equivalent experience At least two years of relevant experience The ability to confidently engage with a wide range of customers
