We are looking for a fearless Channel Marketing Manager to being the brand to life and make our Haus the place to be. If you're a sales, marketing or networking pro with a passion for big ideas, loud laughs and unforgettable nights out we want you! We want you to be the spark behind nights that erupt with ski shots, singalongs and pure alpine chaos.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Channel Marketing Manager, you'll be the creative force turning ideas into action and nights into memories. From bold campaigns to local partnerships and viral moments, you'll keep the energy high and the calendar packed.

Build the Buzz: Forge powerful local connections with businesses, societies, and social groups to keep Barbara's at the top of everyone's must-visit list. Go Viral (The Good Kind): Partner with influencers to generate hype, fuel our socials, and put our bier haus in the spotlight. Design & Deliver: Create and execute a bold venue activation plan and organic social campaigns that bring the brand to life on and offline. Plan the Party: Lead the event strategy and make sure every theme night, promo and event runs smoother than the chair lift to your first run. Manage the Promo Crew: Lead our street team. Keeping them on-brand, energised, and geared up to get guests through the door. Keep it Strategic: Work with the wider Sales team to drive bookings and boost pre-sale numbers, ensuring Barbara's is always packed and profitable. Own Our Socials: Take the reins on our organic social media, keeping the content bold, branded, and always buzzing. Run Our Tools: Be the wizard behind the curtain, ensuring our CRM, email marketing, and booking systems are working hard and hitting targets. Keep It on Brand: Whether it's a ski shot deal or our live music, everything you do will reflect the fun, warmth and alpine weirdness of Barbara's.
Who You Are

You're more than a marketing whiz! You're a party-starter, a storyteller, and a people magnet.

Experienced & Ready: You've got a solid background in marketing, sales, or networking (especially in nightlife or hospitality). You know how to get people through the door and keep them coming back. Social Media Pro: You live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite. You know what grabs attention and how to turn likes into footfall. Creative & Fearless: Fearless: You have a fearless mentality to achieve big results, nothing phases you when it comes to driving success. Natural Leader: You've led teams or projects and know how to motivate, delegate, and keep the good vibes rolling. Tech-Savvy: CRM, email platforms, Canva, analytics you know your way around them and use them to get results. Full of Energy: You bring the hype, the hustle, and the heart. When you walk into a room, the party follows.
