Job Title: Channel Operations (JD YOUNG Internship Program)

Key Responsibilities:
Platform Operations:
Assist in the operation and optimisation of content sections and promotional resources across the UK app and web platforms. Contribute to increasing daily active users (DAU) and improving user conversion rates. User Insight & Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of UK consumers' shopping behaviour and preferences. Identify trends, product opportunities, and category growth areas to inform campaign planning and product selection Campaign & Tool Optimisation:
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to user behaviour and seasonal trends. Assist in the development and enhancement of platform marketing tools aimed at boosting purchase frequency and order volume.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree from a recognised UK university.
Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Experience or coursework in data analysis (e.g., Excel, Python, or similar tools) is preferred.
A keen interest in e-commerce, user behaviour, and international markets.
