Key Responsibilities



1. Channel Deployment & Growth Operations



Develop and execute digital channel strategies across social media, advertising platforms, search engines, and content partnerships

Continuously optimize campaign performance through data analysis to improve conversion rates and ROI

Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and design periodic channel growth plans aligned with brand and business goals

Manage advertising budgets, coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient execution and goal achievement

2. Website & Content Operations



Analyze traffic and conversion data to optimize site structure and content presentation, enhancing organic growth and user retention

Collaborate with technical, design, and content teams to implement and maintain website operation projects

3. New Media & Community Management



Plan and manage content calendars and publishing strategies to sustain brand visibility and audience engagement

Track performance metrics on social media platforms, analyze user behavior, and continuously refine communication and growth strategies

4. Team Collaboration & Management



Oversee daily operations and performance tracking of the team, ensuring efficient workflow and strong execution

Guide team members in data analysis and content optimization, and establish standardized operational processes

Collaborate across departments to support integrated marketing initiatives with branding, marketing, and product teams

Qualifications



2+ years of experience in channel operations, new media, or digital platform operations; prior team leadership experience preferred

Familiar with major digital advertising and content platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, etc.)

Hands-on experience in website operations with strong understanding of SEO/SEM, user acquisition, and conversion optimization

Proficient in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel, with a data-driven mindset

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage resources and drive project progress effectively

Experience with livestreaming, e-commerce, or video platforms (e.g., TikTok, Bilibili, YouTube) is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
