Passenger Chaperones

to support vulnerable individuals--such as those with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or additional support requirements--on their daily journeys.

This is a vital role ensuring that passengers are cared for, safeguarded, and supported throughout their travel to and from destinations like schools, care centres, or community services.

Key Responsibilities

Escort passengers between home and their destinations safely and respectfully Communicate clearly and compassionately with passengers, carers, families, and service providers Follow individual care or support plans and use safety equipment as needed Safeguard personal items, medication, and money during travel Accurately document and report concerns, incidents, or observations Attend training to support your role and ongoing development

What We're Looking For

Aged

18 or over

Friendly, empathetic, and confident when supporting vulnerable individuals Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Willingness to undertake training in physical intervention/restraint (if required) A commitment to safety, dignity, and respect at all times
