We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead our organisation towards achieving its strategic goals. Duties
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organisation, ensuring alignment with our mission and objectives.
Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Lead fundraising initiatives, identifying potential donors and cultivating relationships to secure financial support.
Oversee social media management, creating content that resonates with our audience and promotes our activities.
Ensure efficient administrative operations by streamlining processes and optimising resource allocation.
Collaborate with stakeholders in the public health sector to align our programmes with community needs.
Provide training and support to staff as needed, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a relevant field.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent leadership qualities that inspire trust and motivate teams.
Experience in marketing strategies, including digital marketing and social media management.
Demonstrated success in fundraising activities or grant writing.
Administrative experience with an understanding of organisational operations.
Knowledge of public health principles is highly desirable.
