Overview


We are seeking to recruit a committed and experienced Manager to lead our specialist team to support survivors of domestic abuse. The candidate will oversee the operational development, line management and supervision of programmes, case management and therapies to help clients rebuild their lives following domestic abuse. The ideal candidate will possess a service, charity or healthcare background with strong operational and IT skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to building strong relationships with a wide range of professional agencies and people is required within the role. A background which utilised market analysis, software utilisation, and relationship management and a track record in fundraising and public relations is desirable. This role is pivotal in driving our mission forward while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Duties



Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the charity. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence and achieve fundraising targets. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, clients, and community partners. Utilise software tools and manage donor information effectively. Coordinate public relations initiatives to promote the charity's mission and activities. Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the organisation.

Skills



An understanding of trauma and domestic abuse A background and understanding of market dynamics and effective fundraising strategies. Proficiency in relevant software applications, particularly Lamplight or similar CRM systems. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups. Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction at all levels. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 16.00 per hour
