Birmingham & surrounding areas

Hours:

Flexible - up to 30 hours/week

Contract:

Fixed term, 12 months with possible extension

We're looking for a passionate and driven Charity Marketing, Fundraising & Rebranding Lead to spearhead an exciting renaming and rebranding project that will redefine our identity and amplify our voice across Birmingham and beyond.


About the Role





This is more than a rebrand. It's a mission to realign how we show up in the world--with our values, our partnerships, and the communities we serve in health, care, and public wellbeing.



You'll lead on:


Shaping and launching a bold new visual and narrative identity Designing and delivering impactful marketing strategies Boosting community engagement and fundraising success Coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and creative partners Ensuring a smooth and inspiring transition from old to new

What You Bring





We're looking for someone who is:


Experienced in leading impact marketing campaigns Skilled in stakeholder engagement and creative collaboration Confident managing multiple projects and priorities Committed to inclusivity, accessibility, and social good Passionate about building brands that make a difference

Experience in the charity sector or integrated health and care systems is a strong advantage.
