This is an incredible opportunity to support the charity and philanthropic efforts of a global investment bank and financial services firm. Our client is looking for a Charity Programme Manager to join their team on a temporary assignment.

Charity Programme Manager Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the portfolio of over two hundred volunteer projects in order to ensure the success of the charity programme, the internal stakeholder experience, and partnership with the community organisations
  • Delivering presentations to non-profit partners and internal stakeholders
  • Conducting training on a bi-weekly basis
  • Communicating with various internal departments to coordinate on-going logistical planning (events, marketing campaign, marketing material distribution & t-shirt fulfilment; drafting communications & training materials)
  • Assisting with end of season program evaluation with data collection & data analysis
  • Multi-tasking projects and assignments with reporting responsibility to manager
  • Planning, coordinating and overseeing the transportation for several hundred projects
Charity Programme Manager Essentials:
  • 2-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in operations, volunteer management or client services
  • Team player, skilled at managing multiple projects and people
  • Flexibility, thinking on your feet, ability to manage time and competing priorities well, ability to get things done
  • Critical thinker with good judgment and problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to work full time from the office, and commit to assignment length, plus work occasional weekends and regular early mornings
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for presentations and data analysis
