Are you an experienced Retail Manager who is looking for a varied and challenging role where you will maximise sales whilst supporting, developing and empowering the companions and volunteers?

Who are we?



Emmaus Gloucestershire supports people to work their way out of homelessness. As a not-for-profit charity the revenue that we generate through our charity shops provides up to 26 companions with meaningful work experience in our social enterprise, training, support and a stable home for as long as they need it. It enables them to restore feelings of self-worth and that actions make a real difference to their own lives, and the lives of others. What we offer



Salary 26,000 (rising to 26,780 on completion of satisfactory probation period) 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus extra day for your birthday Group stakeholder pension scheme (4% employee, 1% HMRC & 7.5% employer) Mandatory and optional training Working hours of 8:30am-5pm, 5 out of 7 days (40 hrs/week) A chance to be part of a community that makes a positive difference to people's lives
