Job Description

Daisychain Benevolent Fund require a retail enthusiast to assist in raising funds for our nominated causes, for facilities and equipment for local Children's Hospital Wards and Teenage Cancer Trust

Up to 28

hours per week. (Usually 4 days), dependant on the trading hours of the location. This will include working at least two Saturdays per month, plus other days worked on a two week rota basis, to suit the needs of the business.

Salary: upto 18,054 per annum dependant on hours tbc

*Minimum 1 years supervisory retail experience essential, incorporating ladies fashion

*The role involves providing excellent customer care in a busy charity shop, stock preparation and productivity, merchandising and window dressing, recruiting Volunteers, training and motivating Volunteers, paperwork, household duties, working to achieve targets, and all aspects of running the shop in the absence of the Shop Manager. The successful person should be able to organise their workload in an efficient manner to enable each days work and financial targets to be achieved.

*You must have a flair for merchandising and window dressing, drive and passion for the role, be honest and reliable, have ambition to succeed and show how you can make a difference, with excellent customer service and proven experience of achieving sales targets

*If you are a people person and individual who can also work on their own, who wants to be part of a forward thinking team, then this could be the role for you

*Ability to drive and use of a car is required for meetings and additional cover in other locations when required (not easily accessible by public transport)
