This position of Manager is for our Ickenham Harlington Hospice shop. The role is to drive sales and ensure the premises is secure. Sorting, pricing, moving and handling of stock, both donated and bought in goods. Overseeing staff and volunteers to ensure the shop is run efficiently and effectively.
This role would be ideal for someone who has previous experience of working in a varied retail environment and is proficient in cash management. You should possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work within a team and manage volunteers, as well as a passion for supporting the important work of the charity.

Please be aware that this role will involve a considerable amount of physical activity, including some heavy lifting and Saturday work on rota.
