We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail establishment. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth operations, and driving sales growth while maintaining a positive shopping environment and managing volunteers.

Duties

Supervise and manage daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage shop Ebay, vinted and other forms of online sales Update the Social Media ie Facebook for the shop Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff to provide outstanding customer service. Implement effective sales management strategies to maximise revenue opportunities. Maintain high standards of shop presentation, organisation, and cleanliness. Handle administrative tasks including inventory management, stock control, and financial reporting. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers by demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. Manage employee schedules and performance reviews to ensure optimal team performance. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets is highly desirable. Demonstrated capability in team management and staff development is crucial. Familiarity with administrative duties related to retail operations will be beneficial.
