We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteers to join our team in Haddington. Duties

Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients and visitors. Help with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organising documents. Support IT-related activities, such as troubleshooting basic technical issues or assisting with software applications. Participate in community outreach events and activities to promote the organisation's objectives. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation. Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance personal development and skill acquisition.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for community service and making a difference in people's lives.
