The Opportunity:

• Manage your own portfolio of established, loyal clients
• Deliver high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services

What We're Looking For:

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• 3+ years' experience in a practice environment post-qualification
• Strong technical knowledge across UK accounting and tax
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing relationships
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
