About the Role:
I'm a UK-based Accountants with several limited company clients and am looking for a
highly experienced Chartered Accountant
to help withend-of-year accounts, tax, and audit support
on aflexible basis
.This is a
zero-hour contract
withno guaranteed hours
, perfect for someone who wants to work around existing commitments or job.What You'll Help With:
Preparing and submitting
end-of-year accounts
for several limited companies EnsuringHMRC and Companies House compliance
Providingtax planning and advice
(corporation tax, director's tax, etc.) Supportingaudit-related
requirements if they arise Acting as a sounding board for financial and accounting queries as the businesses growWhat I'm Looking For:
ACA or ACCA qualified Chartered Accountant
At least12 years of experience
in accounting, tax, and/or audit Strong understanding ofUK GAAP
, HMRC compliance, and Companies House filings Able to work independently, with high attention to detail and strong communication Someone who's approachable, reliable, and comfortable working with a solo business ownerWhat You'll Get:
