Chartered Architectural Technician - NPAS Devon Ltd, Barnstaple (Devon) 40-50K o Full-time o Office-based

A family-run Devon architectural practice with over 40 years of experience, specialising in residential and mixed-use projects from our Barnstaple HQ (npasltd.co.uk).
Role highlights:
Delivery of design & technical drawings on new dwellings, mixed?use and commercial schemes Produce planning drawings, construction details, specs; ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations Coordinate with consultants, planning officers, and contractors - site visits included Mentor junior team members in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere
You bring:
CIAT chartership Minimum 5+ years' (qualified) experience in residential & commercial design
Revit essential
(AutoCAD knowledge beneficial) Strong technical detailing, communication, and project-management skillsWhat we offer:
