Key Responsibilities:



Provide the Headteacher with high-quality, accurate, and timely administrative support. Support the school's ambition to improve and sustain the highest levels of student achievement through effective administrative leadership. Lead by example, demonstrating passion and ambition aligned with the school's values. Show resilience and skill in prioritising and delegating administrative tasks. Implement effective strategies to enhance achievement and progress, including seeking out best practices and engaging in coaching, mentoring, and open dialogue. Work with confidentiality and professionalism with the Trustee Board, leadership team, and staff. Ensure all actions comply with statutory safeguarding requirements.

A highly organised, communicative, and proactive individual. Someone adaptable with excellent prioritisation and delegation skills. Commitment to upholding the school's ethos and safeguarding standards. Experience in a PA or administrative role within an educational environment is preferred.
