Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food production and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Plan and execute menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring proper techniques and presentation
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food service for events or special occasions
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
Qualifications:
